When it came time for ABC to rebrand for a new digital age, loyalkaspar designed a clean and emotional identity to take them forward in time, while still referencing ABC incredible history.
This enormous rebrand was almost two years in the making and I had the opportunity to participate through most of its duration. Every team member took on many roles with such a large rebrand, and in the end a fantastic product was created. I put my largest mark on the ABC logo resolves that used cinematic lens flares and different animations to show emotion through subtle variations, all while still keeping everything fun and dramatic. The ABC logo was actually cast in resin for the process, and live action tests were shot before recreating the lens flares in post.
